Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 8–9 a.m. Fitness class for women 40+ looking to maintain or increase level of fitness while enjoying encouragement from upbeat music and each other. It will have a combination of strength, cardio, balance and flexibility exercises designed to maximize function with modifications provided to ensure safety for all participants.
